Dallas, TX (May 6, 2026) – TITAN Aerospace Insurance (TAI), a subsidiary of TITAN Aviation Fuels, announced the acquisition of Ouzel Services, Inc., an aviation-focused insurance firm based in Redding, California. As part of the acquisition, founder Erik Everson joins the TAI team, bringing extensive experience in aviation operations, insurance strategy, and client-focused risk management solutions.

A third-generation aviator, Everson founded Ouzel Services, Inc. and co-founded Jefferson Aviation Insurance Solutions, where he specialized in helping aviation clients navigate complex insurance renewals, coverage strategies, and risk management solutions.

In addition to his aviation insurance background, Everson has served as a Commercial Insurance Broker with Jefferson Financial & Insurance Services, advising business owners on comprehensive insurance programs and tailored coverage strategies through a service-driven approach.

Earlier in his career, Everson spent more than six years with Air Shasta Rotor & Wing as an A&P Mechanic Apprentice and Line Service Technician. Through hands-on experience in helicopter operations, maintenance, and airport services, he developed a deep operational understanding of the aviation industry that continues to shape his client-first philosophy today.

“The acquisition of Ouzel Services and addition of Erik to our team represents another exciting step in TAI’s continued growth,” said Jon Downey, CEO of TITAN Aerospace Insurance. “Erik’s operational aviation background, insurance expertise, and relationship-driven approach align perfectly with the values and service commitment we bring to our clients across the aviation industry.”

TAI continues to expand its capabilities and service offerings while providing tailored aviation insurance solutions designed to support FBOs, operators, and aviation businesses nationwide.
