Experienced Aviation Professional Joins TITAN Aerospace Insurance as Account Executive

Atlanta, GA (January 8, 2026)TITAN Aerospace Insurance (TAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of TITAN Aviation Fuels, is pleased to announce that Parker Downey has joined the organization as an Account Executive, effective January 5, 2026. Parker will be based out of TAI’s Atlanta, Georgia office.

Parker brings a strong aviation background and a well-rounded perspective to the TITAN Aerospace Insurance team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has hands-on experience as an operator within the aviation community, including work as a commercial UAS pilot. He also holds a Private Pilot rating in fixed-wing aircraft.

Most recently, Parker served as an Underwriter with Old Republic Aerospace, where he gained valuable insight into aviation risk assessment and underwriting operations. His combined operational and underwriting experience positions him well to support TITAN Aerospace Insurance clients with tailored, informed insurance solutions.

Mr. Wagner brings with him over 20 years of commercial aviation insurance underwriting and program administration experience with some of the most respected names in the aviation insurance marketplace, including AIG and Old Republic Aerospace. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia’s Risk Management and Insurance program. He was part of the original team at TITAN Specialty Markts where he currently holds responsibility for overseeing TITAN’s carrier relations and placement strategy.

Michael Clark has over 20 years of insurance industry experience almost all of it spent as a senior executive within the aviation and aerospace sector. He has served as the Head of the Aviation and Aerospace Business Unit at QBE where he and his team founded the Aviation Division in 2011, in a 50/50 Joint Venture with QBE’s Aerospace Syndicate at Lloyd’s of London, and quickly turned the business unit into one of the largest and most profitable underwriters in the global aviation insurance marketplace. Prior to QBE, he served for 10 years as a Senior Vice President at Old Republic Aerospace, where he led the Special Risk Division, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and a portfolio of specialty aerospace business in excess of $50,000,000 USD in annual revenue. He is a former U.S. Marine and an aviation enthusiast.
