Experienced Aviation Professional Joins TITAN Aerospace Insurance as Account Executive

Atlanta, GA (January 8, 2026) — TITAN Aerospace Insurance (TAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of TITAN Aviation Fuels, is pleased to announce that Parker Downey has joined the organization as an Account Executive, effective January 5, 2026. Parker will be based out of TAI’s Atlanta, Georgia office.

Parker brings a strong aviation background and a well-rounded perspective to the TITAN Aerospace Insurance team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has hands-on experience as an operator within the aviation community, including work as a commercial UAS pilot. He also holds a Private Pilot rating in fixed-wing aircraft.

Most recently, Parker served as an Underwriter with Old Republic Aerospace, where he gained valuable insight into aviation risk assessment and underwriting operations. His combined operational and underwriting experience positions him well to support TITAN Aerospace Insurance clients with tailored, informed insurance solutions.

Now in its eighth year, the NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 highlights emerging leaders across the industry, selected by the NBAA Young Professionals (YoPro) Council from hundreds of nominations nationwide. Candidates are evaluated on their professional achievements, community engagement, and commitment to advancing the aviation industry.

Miller’s journey in aviation began at a local FBO in Eastern North Carolina, fueling a lifelong passion for the industry. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Business Management and Sociology, he has grown into a respected leader in both aviation sales and insurance. Today, he plays a pivotal role at TITAN Aerospace Insurance while also representing TITAN Aviation Fuels in sales.

An instrument-rated pilot of multi-engine fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft, Miller continues a family legacy that began with his grandfather, Buddy Stallings, founder of TITAN Aviation Fuels, and is carried forward by his father, Robbie Stallings, current President of TITAN Aviation Fuels. Miller also served on the Board of Vertical Aviation International, where he focused on advancing safety and innovation across the industry. With his pilot knowledge and industry experience, Miller connects aviation insights and his deep-rooted aviation history to his customer relationships.

Both hires will report to Jason Hendrix, President of Retail.

Dana Smith joins the Dallas office with more than 25 years of insurance and risk management experience, including 16 years specializing in the aviation sector. Her high-level account executive expertise spans a wide range of aviation placements, including Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), MROs, airports, commercial aircraft fleets, and complex aircraft operations. Dana also brings deep insight into emerging aviation risks, with particular experience in space, satellite, and launch vehicle exposures. She is a recipient of the 2019 Risk & Insurance Aviation Power Broker Award and will be a valuable addition to the Dallas team.

Camille Knight, who joins the Atlanta office, brings 13 years of aviation insurance experience, working across both the wholesale and retail brokerage sectors. Her well-rounded background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the aviation insurance marketplace. Camille is recognized for her strong relationships with aviation underwriters, exceptional client management skills, and expertise as an account executive. TITAN Aerospace Acquires Plimsoll Specialty, Boosting Aviation Insurance Range

Atlanta-based Titan Aerospace Insurance, one of the larger aviation insurance brokers, has acquired Plimsoll Specialty Markets, a boutique aviation and aerospace brokerage house also based in Atlanta.

Michael Clark, president of Plimsoll, is now president of Titan Specialty Markets, the companies said in a news release. Before Plimsoll, Clark was head of aviation and aerospace at QBE Insurance Group, a multinational insurance and reinsurance carrier with headquarters in Australia. Prior to that, he was at Old Republic Aerospace insurance.

Titan said it has clients around the world and has offices in five Southeast states and in Denver. Its sister company, Titan Aviation Fuels, has some 600 branded locations in the United States. Titan also maintains an aerobatic team, seen at air shows around the country.

Jon Downey Named Chief Executive Officer of EBCO Aviation Insurance

EBCO Aviation Insurance (EBCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of TITAN Aviation Fuels, announces the addition of Jon Downey as chief executive officer.

Downey is an experienced leader in the aviation insurance industry. He served as vice president for United States Aviation Underwriters Inc., a role that progressed into senior vice president of Operations and head of U.S. Aviation for Allianz. Prior to being named chief executive officer at EBCO, Jon was the president and managing director of Assured Partners Aerospace.

Downey holds a bachelor of science degree in aviation maintenance management and an associate of science degree in aviation business administration, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds a private pilot certificate, SEL, LTA and an airframe and powerplant mechanics license.
